Article 1 this regulation lays down the law

(2009:724) on national minorities and minority languages, as well as

If Government subsidies to local governments for additional costs

and measures in response to the law.



Follow-up responsibilities



paragraph 2 of the Stockholm County Administrative Board is responsible for monitoring

of the administrative authorities ' application of the law (2009:724)

about national minorities and minority languages.

Optional connection to management area



4 § the notifications under section 7 of the Act (2009:724) on national

State aid to municipalities and county councils



5 § State aid within the meaning of this regulation, subject

6 § State aid within the meaning of this regulation, subject

7 § State aid within the meaning of this regulation, subject

8 § State aid to municipalities and county councils left

annually. The State contribution is intended to be used for the

additional costs incurred in the municipality and the County Council with

reason of the rights which individuals derive from the law

(2009:724) on national minorities and minority languages, and

measures to support the use of Finnish,

Meänkieli and Sami.



Each municipality shall, jointly with the national minorities

identify the needs of the municipality of measures supporting

for the use of Finnish, meänkieli and Sami.



section 9 of the State's contribution to a municipality is calculated on the basis of

10 a of the Government contribution under section 9 or 10 may be reduced if

the municipality or the County does not have exhausted the entire

the grant amount for the immediately preceding premium years.



The reduction referred to in the first subparagraph shall be made in an amount

equivalent to not more than the amount that has not been spent.

The allowance shall not be reduced if the municipality or

the County Council shows that the funds, in whole or in part, shall be used

for such specific additional costs or measures to

support the use of Finnish, meänkieli and Sami who do not

section 11 of the Sami Parliament will examine questions about the State's contribution to the

Municipalities included in the administrative area of the Sami language and to

the county councils of Dalarna, jämtland, norrbotten County and

questions about State aid to other municipalities and counties.

The contributions shall be paid at the latest by 1 april of each premium years.

under this regulation is required to make a financial

accounting for the funds paid and an accounting of what

funds have been used to. Local authorities should also disclose how

the survey referred to in paragraph 8 has been carried out.

Authorization

regulations on accounting under section 12 and the regulations on the

Appeal



paragraph 14 of the Decision by the County Administrative Board of Stockholm under this

Transitional provisions



2010:196



1. this Regulation shall enter into force on May 1, 2010.



2. Government grants for the grant year 2010 to the County Council of West

Götaland and the municipalities listed in the annex to

Regulation shall be paid at the latest by 1 July 2010.



2010:1991



1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 2011.



2. State subsidies as a result of this regulation for the grant year

2011 County Council of Gävleborg County, Göteborg municipality,

Hofors municipality, Kalix municipality, the municipality of Skinnskatteberg,

Geography of Stockholm and Umeå municipality, shall be paid at the latest by 1

April 2011.



2011:1530



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2012.



2. The new provisions of section 10 shall apply for the first time in

the case of State aid that is paid for the grant year 2013.



2014:1543



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2015.



2. The provision in section 10 apply to the County Council first

time in the case of State aid that is paid for the grant year

2016.
