(1) assistance under this Regulation may be provided subject to availability

on funds to companies with distant animal husbandry

Veterinary travel costs in the care of the critically ill animals

exclusively kept for the production of food.



Support is not provided if the company hires a vet on

excessively long distance from livestock farming, on the other

veterinarian available within short distance.

If a paid aid required back, interest will be charged.



§ 8 the Agriculture Department may announce further provisions concerning

support, support, application procedure, content in

9 a §/comes into force in: 2016-02-01/
