The Government states that the interest paid on student loans pursuant to Chapter 4. second subparagraph of paragraph 1 of the study support Act (1999:1395) and Chapter 8. section 2 of the study support Act (1973:349) read in conjunction with point 1 of the entry into force and transitional provisions to study support Act (1999:1395) shall be 2.4% for 2010.
