Introductory provision



section 1 of this regulation provides for the health care guarantee

According to § 3 g health care Act (1982:763) and if

County Councils ' reporting obligations under section 3 of the same law.

The terms and expressions used in the Act have the same meaning

in this regulation.



Time periods for the care guarantee



section 2 of the health care guarantee in accordance with § 3 g health care Act

(1982:763) shall contain a statement that the county councils

meet



1. the guarantee of availability on the day of the individual seeking

contact with primary care,



2. visiting the warranty within primary care within 7 days of the

the individual has sought contact with primary care, if the health care provider

has determined that the individual will need to visit the doctor,



3. visiting the guarantee within the specialist care within 90 days

from the time the referral is issued or, if a referral is not

is necessary, from the time the individual has sought contact with

specialist care, and



4. the guarantee of treatment within 90 days of the caregiver

has decided that the individual should get the current healthcare system.



paragraph 3 of the time when the individual for medical reasons cannot be given care

or voluntarily abstaining from care shall not be counted in

the determination of whether the health care guarantee pursuant to article 2 of the 3 or 4 is

met.



The individual should be considered to voluntarily relinquish care if he or

She has



1. informed about the health care guarantee,



2. offered medical care in accordance with the health care guarantee, and



3. announced the health care provider that he or she waives

the offer of care.



Reporting of wait times



section 4 of the county councils ' reporting obligations under section 3 of the health

and medical services Act (1982:763) to be performed by

the county councils provide information on waiting times for the national

waiting time database maintained by the Swedish Association of local authorities and regions.



Authorization



5 § the National Board may announce further provisions concerning

County Councils ' reporting obligations under section 3 of the health and

Medical Services Act (1982:763).
