section 1 of the employment service may decide to provide

free market system for services procured in the Authority's

labour market policy activities. With the free market system referred to

a procedure in which the individual has the right to choose the

provider to perform the service and employment agency

approved and signed a contract with.



2 § When the employment service provides free market system

under this Act, the authority shall apply the law (2008:962) if

free market system. Instead of what is said in Chapter 2. paragraph 3 of the

first sentence, 6 and 7 of the law on the free market system, with



1. the vendor referred to it as the market provides

services mentioned in paragraph 1,



2. service refers to service such as mentioned in article 1, and



3. Contracting authorities shall mean the national employment service.



section 3 of the employment service shall, notwithstanding Chapter 1. section 3 of the Act (2008:962)

If the free market system, apply the provisions on disqualification in 11 and

12 of the Administrative Procedure Act (1986:223).
