1 § Scholarships provided under this regulation by the State
universities and colleges covered by the higher education Act
(1992:1434).
The purpose of the scholarships is to promote the recruitment of
especially qualified tuition fee required students.
The scholarships will be provided subject to funding.
paragraph 2 of this regulation means
high school: the universities referred to in paragraph 1, and
study fee required: it will pay tuition fees according to
Regulation (2010:543) if the application fee and tuition fees
at universities and colleges.
section 3 of a scholarship may cover all or part of the
tuition fee and may be granted provided that:
the recipient is liable to pay study.
The College may announce further provisions concerning
conditions for grant of scholarship.

enforcement of this regulation.

Transitional provisions
2010:718
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2010.
2. this Regulation shall apply for the first time in the case of
applications for scholarship for training courses conducted
after 31 July 2011.

1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2014.
2. The provision in the new wording is applied for the first time in
question on scholarship for training conducted after 31
July 2014.
