General provisions



section 1 of this regulation includes provisions relating

to Act (2010:601) of guarantees of origin for electricity.



Words and expressions used in this regulation have the same

meaning as in the Act on guarantees of origin for electricity.



section 2 of the State's energy authority is the supervisory authority and

kontoföringsmyndighet. Regulation (2014:1090).



Definitions



paragraph 3 of the guarantees of origin may relate to electricity produced from renewable

energy sources, high efficiency cogeneration, nuclear,

peat burning and fossil energy sources and other electricity pursuant to

the following definitions:



electricity from renewable energy sources "shall mean electricity produced by

renewable energy sources, which are ickefossila wind energy,

solar energy, aerotermisk energy (air thermal), geothermal energy,

hydro-thermal energy (heat), ocean energy, hydropower,

biomass, landfill gas, sewage treatment plant and biogas,



aerotermisk energy: energy stored in form of heat in

the ambient air,



geothermal energy: energy stored in form of heat beneath the

solid surface of the Earth,



hydro-thermal energy: energy stored in form of heat in

surface water,



"biomass" means the biodegradable fraction of products,

waste and residual products of biological origin from agriculture

(including materials of plant and animal

origin), forestry and related industries, including

Fisheries and aquaculture, as well as the biodegradable fraction

of industrial and municipal waste;



liquid biofuels: liquid fuels produced

of biomass,



electricity from high-efficiency cogeneration "shall mean electricity from cogeneration as

Information on guarantees of origin



section 4 of a guarantee of origin shall specify:



1. the energy source energy is produced from and the start and

2. the name of the facility where the energy is produced, the

Measurement and reporting



Measurement and reporting of production data

Account for guarantees of origin



11 § Kontoföringsmyndigheten to set up an account for

guarantees of origin



1. for the producer of electricity after the information according to section 11 of the Act

(2010:601) of guarantees of origin for electricity has come in to

authority, and



2. for electricity suppliers, and in other cases, after notification.



Guarantees of origin from other Member States of the European

Union



section 12 of the regulatory authority shall inform the

kontoföringsmyndigheten on measures in accordance with section 14 of the Act

(2010:601) of guarantees of origin for electricity.

13 § Producer of electricity will pay a fee of 0.05 kroons

Appropriations



section 14 of the supervisory authority may provide for the

information to be submitted in an application for the right to

the award of guarantees of origin in accordance with article 9 of the Act (2010:601)

of guarantees of origin for electricity metering and reporting

provisions necessary for the implementation of the law on

guarantees of origin for electricity and this regulation.



Appeal



section 15 of the 22 AOF the Administrative Procedure Act (1986:223) provides

2010:853



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 december 2010, when

Regulation (2006:331) of guarantees of origin for highly effective

cogenerated electricity and renewable electricity shall be repealed.



2. The repealed regulation remains in force for

guarantees of origin has been issued before 1 december

2010.
