section 1 of this Regulation shall apply for the purposes of the law

(2010:897) on gränsälvsöverenskommelse between Sweden and

Finland.



2 § Consent in connection with flood control according to

Article 6 of the gränsälvsöverenskommelsen between Sweden and

Finland is provided by the Swedish civil contingencies Agency.

monitor the water level in accordance with article 7 of the

gränsälvsöverenskommelsen.



4 § marine and water is Swedish guards

According to article 17 of the gränsälvsöverenskommelsen.

order that a different authority to be guards in

a particular case. Regulation (2011:640).



section 5 of the special expertise needed

to fulfil the Security Authority shall assist

with this knowledge, if surveillance authority requests it.
