Management



§ 5 Authority is headed by a Board of Directors.



section 6 of the Board of Directors shall consist of not more than seven members.



7 § in addition to what is stated by the Government agencies Ordinance

(2007:515), the Board shall decide on the publication of

the results of such analyses, audits, follow-up

and the evaluations referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3, and if such

analysis and audit plan referred to in paragraph 4.



Advisory bodies



section 8 at the Agency, there shall be a patient-and

usually the advice. The Council shall, in particular,



1. identify and make suggestions for suitable areas for

analysis and review, as well as



2. assist the authority in its efforts to identify

patients, clients and citizens ' needs for information.



The Board decides on other tasks.

9 § Patient and usually the Council consists of the Director of the Agency,

who is the Chairman, and more than 20 other members. The Council shall

include representatives of eg. patient boards,

patient associations and organizations.

Reporting



12 § the museums shall continuously report to the Government

the results of such analyses, audits, follow-up

and the evaluations referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3.
