4 § Board Before leaving its proposal in respect of any other

employment than the head of the Court or the rental Board, the

Exemptions from government regulation



paragraph 8 of the following provisions of the Government agencies Ordinance (2007:515)

shall not apply to the Board:



-paragraph 5 conferring with regard to matters concerning the appointment of

ordinary judges or hyresråd as referred to in article 1, first paragraph, the

the information shown in section 1, second paragraph, and the other

data specifically assigned to the Board by law or

Regulation,



-paragraph 16 of decision of Chairman of the urgent

case when it comes to matters concerning the appointment of the judge

or hyresråd as referred to in article 1, first paragraph, and cases of

employment of judges or hyresråd for limited time only.
