Introductory provisions
Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on State aid
to the music scene.
Refunds subject to availability of funds.
The prime purpose of the grant
2 § the purpose of Government grant is to promote a diverse
musical offerings throughout the country marked by artistic
innovation and high quality.
Conditions for State aid
paragraph 3 of the Contribution may be provided in the form of project grants to legal
and natural persons working in the music area.
section 4 grants may be given to cooperation projects of professional
art and of national interest.
Cooperation projects may include actors within the free
music community, government agencies and institutions. A prerequisite for
contribution is to the State's music work is involved in the project by
supportive interventions in the form of information, advice and
coordination or other.
§ 5 in the allocation of grants to the free music community,
musical diversity and children's and young people's perspective
as a matter of priority.

Refunds and chargebacks
11 § the recipient of a financial contribution under this regulation are
repayment required if
1. the recipient by leaving through false statements or any
otherwise have caused that the grant has been submitted incorrectly
or with excessive amounts,
2. the grant of any other reasons than those referred to in paragraph 1 has
given incorrectly or with too high amount and the recipient
should have known this,
3. the contribution is not used for the purpose for which it has been granted
for,
4. the recipient does not submit such a report referred to in section 10,
or
5. terms and conditions of the order have not been met.
section 12 if a beneficiary is required to repay pursuant to the
section 11, to the State's music works decide to fully or partially require
back the refund, including interest rate
(1975:635). If there are special reasons for it, the State's
music works, decide to waive recovery in whole or in part.
Authorization
paragraph 13 of the State's musical work may indicate the regulations needed
for the enforcement of this regulation.
Appeal
paragraph 14 of the Decision pursuant to this Regulation may not be appealed.
