The Government states that the interest rate to be paid on student loans according to Chapter 4. 1 paragraph study support Act (1999:1395) and Chapter 8. section 2 of the study support Act (1973:349), in conjunction with point 1 of the entry into force and transitional arrangements to study support Act (1999:1395) shall be 1.9 per cent for 2011.
