Scope of application



paragraph 1 of this regulation, see the rules on access to

higher education at undergraduate level leading to such

yrkeslärarexamen listed in annex 2 to the higher education Ordinance

(1993:100).



Applicable provisions



2 of the higher education Act (1992:1434) and the higher education Ordinance

(1993:100) will apply in respect of access to education,

unless otherwise provided for by this regulation.



Specific admission requirements



section 3 of the special jurisdiction to the training applies to paragraph 4 of this

Regulation in place of the rules of special jurisdiction in

Chapter 7. 8-11 and section 25 of the higher education Ordinance (1993:100).



section 4 special access to training leading to

yrkeslärarexamen has it that through the professional experience,

University degree or other post-secondary education have

acquired qualified and relevant professional skills.



University and College Council may notify the closer

regulations on what is qualified and relevant

professional skills.



The provisions on derogations from one or more

competence in Chapter 7. 3 of the higher education Ordinance

(1993:100) also applies competence under this

Regulation. Regulation (2012:733).



Selection



paragraph 5 of the selection shall take into account the applicant's qualifications and

ability to benefit from the course. Instead of

the provisions on selection in Chapter 7. section 12 of the second and third subparagraphs,

13-19, 23, 26 and 27 of the higher education Ordinance (1993:100),

University or College may provide the selection criteria which

should be used.



Transitional provisions



2010:2021



This Regulation shall enter into force on January 15, 2011 and will be

apply for the first time at admission to the training begins

after 31 May 2011.
