Introduction



section 1 of this regulation contains provisions relating to a

experimentation with a fourth technical years in secondary school

(education), which should be a part of the secondary school.

Participation in the experiment is optional for

school authorities.



The regulation applies to education that begins in the meantime

1 July 2011-30 June 2015. Regulation (2013:142).



Other rules on secondary school



section 2 of the Education Act (2010:800) and in secondary regulation

(2010:2039) there are additional provisions for secondary schools

applicable to education in applicable parts.



Terms and conditions for the participation of the principal



section 3 of the State's school may grant principals participating in

the experiment of not more than 20 courses, of which a maximum of 10

at first, the time of the application. EU label national granting

assume that the supply of funds available under section 7.



In each education granted participation may not exceed 30

The purpose of education

Application

State grant



section 7 of the Association to each school participating in the experiment

left a State grant of 50,000 dollars for each student

on 15 October each year in education.



The State subsidy is provided, subject to availability of funds.



Statens skolverk decides on and pay the premium.

Entry requirements for applicants



section 8 For access to education, it is required that the applicant

have high school diploma from technology or from

the corresponding training. In the approved ratings, the following

courses include: mathematics 3 c, physics 1 a, chemistry 1, English 6 and

Swedish or Swedish as a second language 2 2, technology 1 or

equivalent courses.



The course is open only for candidates who, independent of

age, begin training immediately after the semester

program or equivalent education ended.

Receiving



§ 9 a municipality is obliged to accept a qualified applicant to

the training if the applicant is a resident of the municipality or

samverkansområdet for training or if the pupil's home municipality

has undertaken to bear the costs of the training.



A principal for a stand-alone high school are required to take

Compensation between principals

Selection



section 11 Selection among applicants received shall be made with the ratings from

the upper secondary school.



Education content and design



section 12 of the programme should build on the technology or

the corresponding training. The training shall include:

900 high school credits, of which 100 high school credits must relate to a

thesis. Some parts of the training may be

common and other parts must be adapted for some

industries. Parts of the training should be

arbetsplatsförlagda.



Statens skolverk may provide for targets, which

courses to be included in the education and subject plans for

the training. The National Council shall be given the opportunity to

comment on the regulations. Regulation (2013:749).



How school work to be placed



13 § School huvudmannen may decide that the training will be conducted

at other times than those laid down in Chapter 3. 1 and 2 sections

secondary Regulation (2010:2039).



High school degree in engineering



section 14 of the programme aims at a high school degree in engineering.



Qualification shall be issued for a student who has received a grade of E in

all courses and the thesis contained in the training. The

evidenced by the Diploma which courses training includes

and the various course high school credits and a grade on each

course.



Statens skolverk may provide for the design of

the degree certificate.



Follow-up and evaluation



section 15 of The principals involved in the effort are required to participate

in the follow-up and evaluation of the experiment.



Statens skolverk, by 1 december of each year as

the experiment is in progress, beginning with 2012, account

Refund



section 16 of the local County, A school that has received State aid under

This regulation is liable to repay it if



1. the recipient by leaving through false statements or any

otherwise caused to state refund is submitted incorrectly

or with excessive amounts,

2. State grant for any other reason has been submitted incorrectly

or for

high amounts,



3. the State contribution has not been used for its intended purpose, or



4. the receiver has not been involved in the monitoring and evaluation

in accordance with section 15.



Statens skolverk shall act to recover a contribution if

a person is liable to repay schools referred to in the first subparagraph.

If there are special reasons for it, the National Agency for education is wholly or

partially waive a claim for a refund.



Appeal



section 17 of the State's skolverks decision pursuant to this Regulation shall not

subject to appeal.



Transitional provisions



2013:749



1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 5 november 2013.

The provisions of section 12 of its new wording applied first

availability of training that begins after the entry into force.



2. For students who have started education in secondary school

before 1 July 2011, and completed training under the

provisions in force when the training began, the

section 8 of its older version.



3. For training that has commenced before the entry into force

apply section 12 of its older version.
