Introduction



section 1 of this regulation contains provisions relating to a

experimentation with a fourth technical years in secondary school

(education), which should be a part of the secondary school.

Participation in the experiment is optional for

school authorities.



The regulation applies to education that begins in the meantime

1 July 2011-30 June 2015. Regulation (2013:142).



Other rules on secondary school



section 2 of the Education Act (2010:800) and in secondary regulation

(2010:2039) there are additional provisions for secondary schools

applicable to education in applicable parts.



Terms and conditions for the participation of the principal



section 3 of the State's school may grant principals participating in

the experiment of not more than 20 courses, of which a maximum of 10

at first, the time of the application. EU label national granting

In each education granted participation may not exceed 30

State grant

Entry requirements for applicants



section 8 For access to education, it is required that the applicant

have high school diploma from technology or from

the corresponding training. In the approved ratings, the following

courses include: mathematics 3 c, physics 1 a, chemistry 1, English 6 and

Swedish or Swedish as a second language 2 2, technology 1 or

equivalent courses.



The course is open only for candidates who, independent of

age, begin training immediately after the semester

program or equivalent education ended.

Receiving



§ 9 a municipality is obliged to accept a qualified applicant to

the training if the applicant is a resident of the municipality or

Education content and design

High school degree in engineering

Follow-up and evaluation

Refund

1. the recipient by leaving through false statements or any

4. the receiver has not been involved in the monitoring and evaluation

Statens skolverk shall act to recover a contribution if

a person is liable to repay schools referred to in the first subparagraph.

If there are special reasons for it, the National Agency for education is wholly or

partially waive a claim for a refund.



Appeal



section 17 of the State's skolverks decision pursuant to this Regulation shall not

subject to appeal.



Transitional provisions



2013:749



1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 5 november 2013.

The provisions of section 12 of its new wording applied first

availability of training that begins after the entry into force.



2. For students who have started education in secondary school

before 1 July 2011, and completed training under the

provisions in force when the training began, the

section 8 of its older version.



3. For training that has commenced before the entry into force

apply section 12 of its older version.
