section 1 Authority for cultural analysis has the task, with

the basis of the national cultural policy objectives, evaluate,

analyze and report the effects of proposed and implemented

measures in the field of culture. The task included analyzing

developments in this area and in other

areas of society that have significance for cultural life.



Authority shall, within their area of responsibility to assist the Government with

documents and recommendations that could form the basis for

development and review of policy.



2 § the museums shall, in particular,



1. conduct environmental scanning in the cultural sector and other relevant sectors of society, both nationally and internationally,



2. analyse the culture of the area's total funding,



3. assess the impact of the State's business governance and

contributions in cultural policy,



4. follow the research in the field of culture, both nationally and

internationally,



5. assess the evolution of diversity, accessibility

and gender equality in the field of culture,



6. evaluate the model for collaboration arising from the

Regulation (2010-2012) on the distribution of certain government grants

on regional cultural activities and analyze the model's

long-term effects, and



7. be responsible for official statistics according to the Regulation (2001:100) if the official statistics.

Exemptions from government regulation



10 § the museums shall not apply section 29 of government regulation

(2007:515) about the case.



Fees



section 11 of the activities referred to in paragraph 4, the Agency shall withdraw

compensation under the fees regulation (1992:191). The fees

size is determined by the authority, except in the cases referred to in section 15,

fee regulation.



The authority may dispose of fee revenues.



Reporting



12 § in addition to an ongoing reporting to authority by

1 March of each year to the Government to present a comprehensive follow-up

of the cultural policy objectives, based on the analyses,

evaluations and assessments that the Agency has made.
