section 1 special needs education shall endeavour to

all children, students and adult learners with

disabilities access to an equivalent

training and other activities of good quality in a safe

environment.



The authority shall contribute to favorable conditions for

children's development and learning, and improved

the learning outcomes for students and adult learners.



The authority responsible for the special education support and

education in special school and preschool and

holiday home in a skolenhet with special school. Authority

also has other functions required by this regulation

or of other specific provisions or specific

decision.



Special education support



2 § the museums shall, in matters concerning special education

children, youth and adults with disabilities give advice

and support to principals with responsibility for



1. education within the school system,

3. education in special youth under 24 Cape.

4. other educational activities according to chapter 25. the Education Act.

educational materials for children, adolescents and adults with

disabilities. The authority may develop, adapt,

produce and distribute educational materials in the

extent to which the needs cannot be met at the

commercial textbook market.



Special school



7 § the museums shall, in particular, push for an increased

goal achievement in special school and otherwise develop

the quality of education.



The authority shall provide the students of special school a

student accommodation with high quality and good conditions

for active leisure.

11 § the museums shall carry on the education of children and

young people referred to in section 11 of the Act (2010:801) for the inclusion of

Education Act (2010:800).



Management of Government grants and contributions



12 § the museums shall administer government grants and contributions

According to specific provisions or specific decisions.

The authority will also follow up and evaluate the efforts

for which Government support and contribution has been provided.



Other tasks



13 § the museums shall provide teckenspråksutbildning for

siblings of deaf or hard-of-hearing children and children of

deaf or hard of hearing parents.

work to make its activities known for such

principals referred to in paragraph 2, their staff, students, other

students and parents/guardians.

Conduct of work

The authority shall integrate a gender equality perspective

and mainstreaming human rights in its activities.



The authority shall also take particular account in its operations

the best interests of the child in accordance with the Convention on the

rights.

The authority will integrate a gender perspective and the human rights perspective in their activities. All individual-based information agency reports should be divided by gender, unless there are special reasons for not doing so.

Collaboration

The authority shall cooperate with the State's school, the State's

school inspection, Skolforsknings Institute and other

authorities responsible for questions of disability in

order to achieve the education and disability policy

objectives of the school grounds.



The authority shall interact with the Skolforsknings Institute and

Statens skolverk especially when it comes to disseminating and

make relevant research results with good

scientific quality.



The Agency shall consult the organisations representing

persons with disabilities. Regulation (2014:1576).



Management

Decision-making bodies

Appeal
