section 1 special needs education shall endeavour to

all children, students and adult learners with

disabilities access to an equivalent

training and other activities of good quality in a safe

environment.



The authority shall contribute to favorable conditions for

children's development and learning, and improved

the learning outcomes for students and adult learners.



The authority responsible for the special education support and

education in special school and preschool and

Special education support



2 § the museums shall, in matters concerning special education

children, youth and adults with disabilities give advice

Management of Government grants and contributions



12 § the museums shall administer government grants and contributions

Other tasks

Conduct of work

The authority shall integrate a gender equality perspective

and mainstreaming human rights in its activities.



The authority shall also take particular account in its operations

Collaboration

The authority shall cooperate with the State's school, the State's

school inspection, Skolforsknings Institute and other

authorities responsible for questions of disability in

order to achieve the education and disability policy

objectives of the school grounds.



The authority shall interact with the Skolforsknings Institute and

Statens skolverk especially when it comes to disseminating and

make relevant research results with good

scientific quality.



The Agency shall consult the organisations representing

persons with disabilities. Regulation (2014:1576).



Management

Decision-making bodies

Appeal
