Chapter 1. Introductory provisions
Scope of application

Chapter 2. Senior training

3 § Management training should be equivalent to 30 ECTS credits and
consist of courses

Chapter 4. Follow-up and appeals
Follow-up

Transitional provisions
2011:183
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 april 2011, when the
Regulation (2008:643) if the senior education for directors
and other personnel with corresponding management function in school,
for school and leisure centres shall be repealed.
2. for the purposes of Chapter 1. section 2 shall, with reference to
Chapter 2. section 12 of the Education Act (2010:800) also understood Chapter 2. 2 a of the
the Education Act (1985:1100).
3. for the purposes of Chapter 1. section 5, with the principals of
all school forms and recreation centres which are governed by the Education Act
(2010:800) also understood principals for all school forms,
for school and leisure homes regulated by the Education Act (1985:1100)
and corresponding activities organised by individual physical
or legal persons.
