Introductory provisions
Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on State aid
for entrepreneurship in schools. The purpose of the grant is to
support the development of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial
learning within the school system.
The State contribution is paid for one year at a time if there is access
on the medium.
Conditions for State aid
Government grants for organisations
2 § State aid under this Regulation may be submitted to
organizations that
1. has no financial gain, and that is not the main men in the
the school system,
2. are democratically structured and offers insight into the
activities,
3. in its operations respects the democratic ideas, including
gender equality and prohibition of discrimination,
4. has completed at least two years and conducts its
activities in the long term,
5. work nationwide with local or regional anchoring
or engages in activities of national interest,
6. fully or partly are geared toward promoting
entrepreneurship in the education system,
7. have the children, students or school staff as the audience, and
8. other income besides Government grant.

be provided for activities aimed at school
1. develop knowledge about projects and entrepreneurship,
2. stimulate entrepreneurial skills and
approach,
3. stimulate schools ' collaboration with entrepreneurs in
business, culture and organizational activities, or
4. promote girls ' and young women's entrepreneurship.

Refunds and chargebacks

for.
Statens skolverk should decide to fully or partially require
back a contribution if someone is required to repay pursuant to the

If there are special reasons for it, the National Agency for education remit
repayment in whole or in part.
