Chapter 1. Introductory provisions
The scope of the law
section 1 of the regulations on the State budget is available in Chapter 9. 1 – 10 of
the Constitution Act. In this Act there are additional provisions for
budget.
State activities
2 § With State activities referred to in this law such activities
managed by the Government, the courts and the
administrative authorities are subject to the Government.

Chapter 2. Budget policy objectives and guidelines

Chapter 3. Budgeting
Income and appropriations

Chapter 4. Accounting for income and appropriations

Chapter 5. Government borrowing and debt management

Chapter 6. Financial commitments and lending

Chapter 7. Financing of investments and lending

Chapter 8. Acquisition and transfer of property

Chapter 9. Monitoring and forecasting

10 Cape. Accountability and audit
General Ledger
