Introduction
Article 1 for the purposes set out in paragraphs 5 and 6 should State school
with the help of automated processing keep a register of
registered and previously registered teachers and pre-school teachers.
section 2 of the personal data Act (1998:204) applies with regard to the processing of
personal data in the register unless otherwise provided by this
Regulation.

The personal data controller
section 4 of the State alone is responsible for the processing
of personal data in the registry.
Purpose of the register

The personal data in the register may, in addition to those mentioned in the
§ 5, treated if necessary to
1. handle formalities for the identification referred to in Chapter 2. section 16 of the
Education Act (2010:800), according to the instructions given
pursuant to Chapter 2. 16 (b) of the Education Act, or
According to Chapter 27. section 4 of the Education Act,
2. send information to foreign authorities in accordance with
European Parliament and Council Directive 2005/36/EC of 7
September 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications, as last
amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 279/2009,
3. supervision of the school system and its staff, and
4. check the identity and privileges in connection with
appointment of teachers and pre-school teachers.
The personal data in the register may also be addressed to
performance reporting that is done in accordance with law
or regulation. Moreover, section 9, first subparagraph, (d) and
second subparagraph personal data Act (1998:204).

The personal data in the register may, in addition to those mentioned in section 5, treated if necessary to 1. handle formalities for the identification referred to in Chapter 2. section 16 of the Education Act (2010:800), according to the regulations issued pursuant to Chapter 2. 16 (b) of the Education Act or pursuant to Chapter 27. section 4 of the Education Act, 2. send information to foreign authorities in accordance with the Regulation (2016:157) on the recognition of professional qualifications,
3. supervision of the school system and its staff, and 4. check identity and privileges in connection with the appointment of teachers and pre-school teachers.
The personal data in the register may also be processed for the performance reporting that is done in accordance with law or regulation. Moreover, section 9, second subparagraph of the first paragraph (d) and personal data Act (1998:204).
Regulation (2016:184).
The content of the register
section 7 of the register shall contain only the following information:
1. name and sex,
2. personal number, coordination number or, if there is none,
date of birth,
3. occupation, institution that issued the qualification, training country and
date of issue of the diploma,
4. the teacher's or preschool teacher's competence under
papers,
5. the date of issue of the identification card,
6. If the decision on warning or recall of identification has
granted,
7. technical and administrative tasks
necessary to register the objectives to be met.
The register must not include information on the reasons for the decision
referred to in the first subparagraph of paragraph 6.
Direct access
section 8 Direct access may not be granted to the data in the registry.
Disclosure on medium for automated processing
§ 9 the personal data in the register may be released on medium for
automated processing of the data shall be processed for the
purposes set out in paragraphs 5 and 6.
Information
section 10 of the State's school should appropriately inform the
registered on the registry. The information should give an indication of
who is the data controller and account for the purpose of
the register and the type of information that the registry may
contain and provide information on
1. the privacy and security regulations
the register,
2. the right to receive information and rectification pursuant to
Privacy battles (1998:204),
3. right to damages to the processing of personal data in
contrary to this regulation, and the data protection act,
4. what applies in the case of search terms, direct access and
disclosure of information on medium for automated processing,
and
5. If the registration is voluntary or not.
Rectification and indemnity
section 11 of the provisions of the personal data Act (1998:204) about
rectification and Indemnity apply to the processing of
personal data under this regulation.
