Introductory provisions



Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on State aid

innovation culture.



State subsidy is provided, subject to availability of funds.



The purpose of the State's contribution



2 § the purpose of Government grant is to promote innovation and

development in the cultural sector across the country based on

Conditions for State aid

1. such innovative cultural activities of professional art

2. collaborative projects aimed at developing new forms

in order to carry out cultural activities, or



3. projects aimed at developing new ways to

financing of cultural activities.



Projects may relate to a single art or cultural area or

the interaction between the cultural sector and other sectors of society.

6. terms and conditions of the order have not been met.



section 15 if a beneficiary is required to repay pursuant to the
