Introductory provisions
Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on State aid
innovation culture.
State subsidy is provided, subject to availability of funds.
The purpose of the State's contribution
2 § the purpose of Government grant is to promote innovation and
development in the cultural sector across the country based on

Conditions for State aid
