section 1 of this regulation provides for an education

in elementary school, which includes Jewish studies.



Education is one such special training referred to in 10

Cape. 6 § 2 Education Act (2010:800).



Who can organise training



section 2 of a principal for a skolenhet with primary school may, after

permission from the State school, arrange the Special

education in grades 7-9.

4 § When a municipality organises specific training shall

Education content and design

Transitional provisions



2011:398



1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 15 May 2011.



2. this Regulation shall apply to teaching beginning

After 30 June 2011.



3. For students who have studied the topic Jewish studies under

Regulation (SKOLFS, 2002:8) on Jewish studies in primary school

in Stockholm, the following shall apply for training in

the topic for the academic year 2011/12 for students in grade 9.



The syllabus and the grading criteria for the grades Well accepted

and Very well accepted by the Board of education

established for the substance to be applied.



When grading in substance, the provisions of Chapter 7. 3, 4

and 6-9 § § primary Regulation (1994:1194) apply.
