§ 1 a State administrative authority holding such

plant genetic resources referred to in annex I to the

International Treaty of 3 October 2001 on the

plant genetic resources for food and agriculture must be included

agreement with an individual on the facilitation of access to resources in

accordance with article 12.4 of the Treaty.
