§ 1 If there are reasons for it, the maritime administration shall ensure that

a ship or other large objects that have fallen in

General navigable waterway entirely or partially removed if



1. the vessel or object causes obstruction or danger to

shipping, and



2. the master, the shipowner or the owner is not

immediately sees to it that the vessel or object to be removed.



The maritime administration has the same power when a ship or something

other larger items have fallen within a body of water where the

fishing may be carried out without the support of the individual right to fish, and

vessel or object causes serious obstacles to the

significant fisheries. Before the Finnish maritime administration decides on

the removal of a vessel or an object under this paragraph,

to really hear the Sea and water.



section 2 of this Regulation shall not apply if the area where the ship

or object have fallen under a special Government

supervision.
