section 1 of this regulation is notified pursuant to Chapter 8. 7 §

section 2 With Laponiatjuottjudus for the purposes of this regulation, a non-profit

Association that has been formed for the management of the world heritage site

Jåhkågasska, tjiellde, Sierri, Luokta Sámi Sirges, Tuorpon,

Udtja and treat tjerusj and the länsstyrelsen i Norrbottens län

3 § länsstyrelsen i Norrbottens län may, in the case of the world heritage site

Laponia transfer to Laponiatjuottjudus to



1. manage and maintain national parks and nature reserves that

included in Laponia according to the management plan and regulations

applies to parks and reserves, as well as according to the

management plan in accordance with the United Nations

cooperative body Unesco guidelines have been developed for Laponia,



2. perform the predator counts,



3. disseminate knowledge and information about the values that lie at the

Foundation for world heritage nomination and the national parks and

nature reserve included in Laponia, and



4. in accordance with the management plan and management plan



a) reply to the buildings and facilities for the moving

outdoor recreation available in Laponia is used in a manner that

is consistent with the purpose of Laponia,



b) entertain and take care of the parts of the fjälledsystemet available

in Laponia, and



c) maintain, operate and develop the facilities and buildings

for active outdoor pursuits and other activities within the

Laponia.



4 § Tasks involving the exercise of public authority must not

transferred in accordance with paragraph 3.



§ 5 If Laponiatjuottjudus has undertaken to carry out the

information referred to in paragraph 3, the Laponiatjuottjudus annually to

the County Administrative Board account



1. how the data has been carried out;



2. how the management and maintenance plan have been fulfilled,



3. the Association's management and financial accounts, including

the audit report, and



4. the need of development of governance that has

identified and proposals on how these needs can be met.



section 6 of the Administrative Board shall, by 15 april of each year to

the Government leave a summary of Laponiatjuottjudus

report in accordance with section 5.
