Scope of application



section 1 of this regulation provides that supplement

the Act (1994:1710) on EC regulations on agricultural products

and EU regulations on price and market regulation of

agricultural products. Regulation (2014:1587).



Article 2 of the EU regulations on price and market regulation of

agricultural products referred to



1. Council Regulation (EC) no 747/2001 of 9 april 2001 on the

the administration of Community tariff quotas and reference quantities

for products eligible for preferential treatment

under agreements with certain Mediterranean countries and repealing

Regulations (EC) no 1981/94 and (EC) no 934/95,



2. Council Regulation (EC) no 1184/2006 of 24 July 2006 on the

applying certain rules of competition to production of and

trade in agricultural products,



3. Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007

establishing a common organisation of

agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain

agricultural products ("CMO Regulation

market order "),



4. Council Regulation (EC) No 1528/2007 of 20 december

2007 on the application of the arrangements to be applied to

products originating in certain States which are part of the Group of

the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) States

provided for in agreements establishing economic partnership agreements or

that leads to the establishment of a contract,



5. Council Regulation (EC) no 617/2009 of 13 July 2009 on the

opening an autonomous tariff quota for the import of beef

quality,



6. Council Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009 of 30 november

2009 on protection against dumped imports from countries not

members of the European Community,



7. European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) no

of 17 december 2013 establishing a common organisation of the

markets in agricultural products and repealing

Council regulations (EEC) no 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EEC) no

1037/2001 and (EC) No 1234/2007,



8. Council Regulation (EC) No 1370/2013 of 16 december

2013 establishing certain support and contribution in the context of

the common organisation of the markets in agricultural products, and



9. implementing regulations announced under regulation

(EC) No 1234/2007, Regulation (EU) No and

Regulation (EU) No 1370/2013 or the equivalent older

Responsible authorities

Subject to section 4, 8 or 9, the State's

4 § the Government examines issues concerning the recognition of

Supervision and control

Supervision and control over compliance with

the provisions of the EU regulations on price and

market regulation of agricultural products, this regulation, and

regulations that have been issued under this regulation

exercised by the Agriculture Department, subject to other

subparagraph or of section 9.



The Agriculture Department may transfer the task of exercising such supervision

and other control referred to in the first subparagraph for the customs service, in

the extent of supervision or control are not covered by

the control activities carried out in accordance with the customs legislation.

Before the Agriculture Department decides to assign the task to exercise

supervision and control, it should consult with customs.

Supervision and control over compliance with the provisions of the EU regulations on price and market regulation of agricultural products, this regulation and regulations that have been issued under this Regulation shall be exercised by the Board, subject to the second subparagraph, or by 9 or 9 a §.



The Agriculture Department may assign the task to exercise such supervision and control as referred to in the first subparagraph for the customs service, to the extent of supervision or control are not covered by the control activities carried out in accordance with the customs legislation. Before the Agriculture Department decides to assign the task of supervision and control, it should consult with customs. Regulation (2015:611).



section 9 of the public health authority exercises supervision and control

over



1. the management of such wine ethanol that is intended to be used

for technical, industrial, medical, scientific or

other similar purposes,



2. the information on the deposition and on the production and

stocks held by ethanol producers to be provided in accordance with

Article 3 and article 4 of Commission Regulation (EC) no

2336/2003 of 30 december 2003 on certain

detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) no

670/2003 laying down specific measures for the market

for ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin, and



3. the measures referred to in Commission Regulation (EC) no

436/2009 of 26 May 2009 laying down detailed rules for the

Council Regulation (EC) no 479/2008 as regards the

the vineyard register, compulsory declarations and

preparation of information for market monitoring,

the documents accompanying consignments of wine products and the records

to be kept in the wine sector. Regulation (2013:913).

The Agriculture Department may provide for how such

inspections and other verification referred to in the second subparagraph of paragraph 8

section 9 is to be conducted.



The Agriculture Department should not, however, announce such rules

referred to in section 12.



Before the Agriculture Department announces rules on supervision and

other control by virtue of the first subparagraph 1 shall obtain

an opinion from



1. The Customs and Excise Department, whether the regulations relating to the Swedish Customs ' supervision

or control, and



2. The public health agency, about the provisions relating to

The Agriculture Department may provide for how such supervision and control as referred to in the second subparagraph of paragraph 8, 9 and 9 (a) sections should be run.



The Agriculture Department should not, however, announce such rules referred to in section 12.



Before the Agriculture Department announces rules on supervision and control on the basis of the first subparagraph shall obtain an opinion from the



1. The Customs and Excise Department, whether the regulations relating to the Customs Agency's supervision or control,



2. The public health agency, public health authority for regulations relating to supervision or control, and



3. provincial governments, on the regulations relating to the County Administrative Board's supervision or control. Regulation (2015:611).



section 12 of the public health agency may provide for



1. the handling of wine ethanol used for technical,

industrial, medical, scientific or other similar

purpose shall exercise control of operations and on how

the control should be exercised, and



2. handling of such accompanying documents, such records and

such inventory and production declarations referred to in section 9

3. Regulation (2013:913).

Obligation to provide data



section 14 of the Agriculture Department may provide for an obligation for

trader who takes a position in products covered by the

EU regulations on price and market regulation of

agricultural products that provide information on



1. the production, purchase, sale, import and export, and



2. other circumstances of importance for the application of

the regulations.



The Agriculture Department should not, however, announce such rules


referred to in section 15.



15 § public health authorities may provide for



1. obligation for traders who take positions with such

wine products as referred to in part XII of Annex i to Regulation

(EU) no indication of



(a)) production, purchase, sale, import and export, and



(b)) other circumstances of importance for the application of the

Regulation, as well as



2. obligation for traders who take positions with such

products referred to in article 3 and article 4 of the Commission's

Regulation (EC) no 2336/2003 to provide data on

provision as well as on production and stocks held

ethanol producers.

section 20 of the Agriculture Department may provide the additional regulations

needed for the completion of the EU's regulations on price and

market regulation of agricultural products. Of agriculture,

also notify the additional rules needed

necessary for enforcement of this regulation.



Appeal

Transitional provisions



2011:926



1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2011.



2. The regulation repeals Regulation (1999:1148) on the EC's

regulations on agricultural products.



3. Older regulations still apply to cases that have

initiated prior to the entry into force.
