In a case under the Act (2011:900) about the killing of

lost document relating to the killing of a business mortgage

or an enterprise mortgage letters is an application fee

with 750 kronor.



In a case in accordance with the Act of killing of a lost document

refers to the killing of a stock certificate or a document whose

the presentation represents conditions to be recorded as the holder of the

a right in such account referred to in the law (1998:1479)

on the accounting of financial instruments is a

application fee out of 950 SEK.



Fee must be paid when the application is filed. The fee is not paid

back on the handling of the case has begun.

In a case under the same law that refers to the killing of a stock certificate or a document whose production represents conditions to be recorded as the holder of a right in such account referred to in the law (1998:1479) on CSDs and the accounting of financial instruments is an application fee out of 950 SEK.



Fee must be paid when the application is filed. The fee will not be paid back if the handling of the case has begun.
