For the purposes of the Act (2007:1091) concerning the public procurement Act (2007:1092) on procurement in the water, energy, transport and postal services and the law (2011:1029) on procurement in the field of defence and security concerns following the CPV reference number for works contracts pursuant to 1. European Parliament and Council Directive 2004/17/EC of 31 March 2004 coordinating the procurement procedures of entities operating in the water, energy, transport and postal services, as last amended by European Parliament and Council directive 2009/81/EC, 2. European Parliament and Council Directive 2004/18/EC of 31 March 2004 on the coordination of procedures for the award of public works contracts, public supply contracts and public services, as last amended by European Parliament and Council directive 2009/81/EC, 3. European Parliament and Council directive 2009/81/EC of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of procedures for the award of certain contracts for works, supplies and services by contracting authorities and entities in the fields of defence and security, and amending directives 2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC, and



4. European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 2195/2002 of 5 november 2002 on the common procurement vocabulary (CPV).
