section 2 Of section 16 of Ordinance (2007:825)

1. permission for environmentally hazardous activities according to Chapter 9. section 8

prohibition against continued activities under Chapter 24. paragraph 3 of the

the environmental code,



3. review of authorizations for environmentally hazardous activities or

amendment or termination of terms and conditions or other rules

in such a condition, or notice of the new terms or

other provisions under Chapter 24. section 5 of the environmental code,



4. the revocation or amendment of the terms or conditions of

a State judgment or a permit decision under Chapter 24. section 8

the environmental code,



5. authorization under Chapter 7. 28 a of the environmental code, if the case is

connection with a case that the Environmental Advisory Board hearing

According to 1, 2, 3 or 4 and the cases have the same applicant, and

The environmental delegation's composition



section 18 When the Environmental Advisory Board hears a case, it shall

consist of a Chairman and an environmental expert.



The Chairperson shall be legally qualified and have particular experience of

environmental issues and other matters dealt with in the environmental code.



The environmental expert should have a technical or scientific

education and experience in matters concerning the protection of

human health and the environment.



section 19 of the Environmental Advisory Board shall consist of the number of

President and environmental experts as needed for the business.

The preparation of the cases the delegation shall hear:

the environmental delegation at work outside

the environmental delegation does not



1. participate in any proceedings relating to the prudential supervision of

that decision followed, or



2. representing the County Board before a land and Environment Court

individual counterparty.



25 § Before the Environmental Advisory Board decides on a case

referred to in paragraph 3 of the Advisory Board shall provide the County Administrative Board in the County

where the activities are carried out or intended to be carried on occasion

to be heard.



The County Administrative Board's opinion shall be communicated in accordance with the

resulting from 19. 4 section 4 environmental code.



Decision making
