Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on State aid for
1. contact interpreter training,
2. training of teachers, language tutors and assessors for
contact interpreters,
3. training of interpreters for the deaf, the deafened childhood,
hard of hearing or people with deafblindness,
4. sign language teacher training, and
5. the costs for travel, accommodation and scholarships for
participants in contact interpreter education.
The purpose of the State's contribution is to support the training programmes referred to
in the first paragraph.
Government subsidies provided to the extent that the availability of funds.
Conditions for State aid
2 §/expires U: 2016-01-01/State aid under this Regulation may be submitted to
folk high schools and adult education Association for contact interpreter training and
the training of language teachers, tutors and assessors for
contact interpreters, if the school or Center for has
granted State aid under the Regulation (1991:977) if

State aid may, under conditions equivalent to those
specified in the first subparagraph are provided to the folk high schools for training
of interpreters for the deaf, childhood, adult deaf, hard of hearing or
people with deafblindness and sign language teacher education.
2 section/entry into force: 01/01/2016/State aid under this Regulation may be submitted to the folk high schools and adult education Association for contact interpreter training and language training of teachers, supervisors and assessors for contact interpreters, if the school or Center for State aid has been granted under the Regulation (2015:218) concerning State aid to the people. Government subsidies may be provided that the courses are judged to be of high quality.
To state aid shall be provided for contact interpreter training in the form of a cohesive undergraduate contact interpreters are in addition to what is stated in the first paragraph that the training is conducted in the form of at least a half-time studies. Government grants are given under the corresponding conditions as those specified in the first subparagraph are provided to the folk high schools for the training of interpreters for the deaf, childhood, adult deaf, hard of hearing or people with deafblindness and sign language teacher education. 3 § State aid under this regulation, as regards the
such training referred to in paragraph 2 of the first and second paragraphs, even
submitted to the folk high schools and colleges for their expenses
for
1. participants ' travel, and
2. accommodation and scholarships for the participants.
Contributions under the first paragraph 2 may only be made if the participant
cannot get financial aid or if the participant is a course in a
language for which a coherent basic training for
contact interpreters cannot be arranged.
Applications and decisions on State aid
section 4 of the application for State subsidies submitted to the Authority for
studies examining questions relating to the grant.
In a decision to award grants to States that a
terms and conditions for contributions is that the receiving the grant follows the
regulations as authority has notified under 12 or
section 13. The decision may also be combined with other criteria to be
indicated in the decision. The decision should also contain information on the
1. the amount of the grant,
2. the order of payment, and
3. the closing date for the accounts in accordance with section 7.
Distribution of Government grants
section 5 Authority for Polytechnic, the allocation of
Government contribution pursuant to article 2 of the first and second paragraphs, in particular
endeavour to contact interpreter training is located to the
regions and focus on those locales where the need for
contact interpreters is greatest.
Grants for contact interpreter training in the form of a coherent
basic training for contact interpreters may be provided to a
very limited number of training providers.
section 6 of the Authority of the Polytechnic, the allocation of
Government contribution pursuant to article 2 of the first and second subparagraphs shall take into account
the needs of the
1. a coherent basic training for contact interpreters, and
2. advanced courses and complementary courses of various kinds.
Accounting
section 7 of The program have received Government grants under this regulation
is required to provide such financial and other reporting to
Authority for the Polytechnic that authority requests.
An auditor shall examine the financial report and
give an account of his observations in a declaration annexed to the
General Ledger. If the contributions received amounted to
at least five price base amounts according to Chapter 2. 6 and 7 § §
social insurance code, this shall be done by an authorized
or certified public accountant.
§ 8 the one that has received State aid for
contact interpreter training is required to provide information to
Authority for the Polytechnic who have undergone
training with a passing grade or who have had their
skills tested or validated and passed under
2 paragraph 1.
Refunds and chargebacks
§ 9 the one that has received State aid under this regulation
is the repayment obligation, if
1. the recipient by leaving through false statements or any
otherwise have caused that the grant has been submitted incorrectly
or with excessive amounts,
2. the grant of any other reasons have been given incorrectly or with
for the high amount and the recipient should have known this,
3. the recipient does not submit such a report referred to in 7 or
section 8, or
4. the refund has not been used for the purpose for which it has been granted
for or any of the other terms and conditions of the grant has not been met.
section 10 of the authority for the Polytechnic should decide to fully or
partially recover a contribution if someone is
the repayment obligation referred to in section 9.
If there are special reasons for it, the authority may remit the
repayment in whole or in part.
section 11 of The Government subsidies needed back, interest will be charged from
on the day that is one month after the decision on the
chargebacks have been made, and after an interest rate at each
time exceeds government lending rate with two
percentage points.
If there are special reasons for it, the Agency may order
Polytechnic waive requirements on interest in whole or in part.
Appropriations
12 § the museums for the Polytechnic, with regard to such
contact interpreter training as government subsidies provided for under this
regulation provide for
1. national entry requirements,
2. national goals,
3. national tests, and
4. certificate for those who have undergone training with approved
results.
The national course objectives should be measurable.
section 13 Authority for studies may provide additional
regulations on the allocation of State subsidies. Authority may also
provide for the calculation of State aid and
enforcement of this regulation.
Appeal
paragraph 14 of the Decision pursuant to this Regulation may not be appealed.
Transitional provisions
2012:140
This Regulation shall enter into force on July 1, 2012, when
Regulation (1991:976) if State aid to
contact interpreter training, etc., shall be repealed. The repealed
the regulation, however, still for contribution
ordered before 1 July 2012.
