section 1 of the uses, develops, produces, acquires,

holding, storing, transferring, to Sweden for in or from

Sweden for out cluster munitions, is sentenced for illegal position

with cluster munitions to imprisonment of up to four years, if

the Act is not to assess as a war crime, according to

Act (2014:406) of punishment for genocide, crimes against

humanity and war crimes.



With cluster munitions referred to in this law such

cluster munitions and explosive submunitions from

spill capsules attached to aircraft referred to in

the Convention on May 30, 2008 on cluster munitions.



Such a position with cluster munitions and explosive

submunitions which are permitted under the Convention

referred to in the second paragraph does not constitute a crime.
