Article 1 this regulation lays down rules on jurisdiction
County Administrative Board in funeral affairs in accordance with the law of burial
(1990:1144) and funeral Regulation (1990:1147).

(1990:1144) be reviewed by the
1. The County Administrative Board of Stockholm, when the cemetery is
or intended to be organised in Stockholm, Uppsala, Södermanland,
Gotland or Uttaranchal,
2. The County Administrative Board in Östergötlands County, when the cemetery
is, or is intended to be organized, Östergötland, Jönköping, or
Kalmar county,
3. The County Administrative Board Skåne County, where the cemetery is or
intended to be arranged in Skåne, Kronoberg, or Blekinge County,
4. The County Administrative Board of Västra Götaland, when
the cemetery is or is intended to be organized in the Western
Götaland, Halland County, Sweden, with or
5. The County Administrative Board of Dalarna County, when the cemetery is
or intended to be arranged in Dalarna, Värmland, Örebro, or
Gävleborg County,
6. The County Administrative Board of Västernorrland County, when the cemetery
is, or is intended to be organized in Västernorrland or Jämtlands
County, and
7. the County Administrative Board of norrbotten, when the cemetery is
or intended to be arranged in Norrbotten or Västerbotten
County.

purposes, or the closure of the cemetery under Chapter 2.
section 14, permission to relocate buried dust or ash
According to Chapter 6. paragraph 2(2), relocation or cessation of
grave right under Chapter 7. 34 section as well as to submit to someone at
penalties pursuant to Chapter 11. 4 § funeral law (1990:1144) be reviewed by the

organized in Stockholm, Uppsala, Södermanland, Gotlands or
Västmanland County,

4 section Disputes about cremation or burial in accordance with Chapter 5. paragraph 3 of the
second subparagraph, and paragraph 4 of the burial Act (1990:1144) be reviewed by the
1. The County Administrative Board of Stockholm, when the deceased was last
registered in Stockholm, Uppsala, Södermanland, Gotland
or County,
2. The County Administrative Board in Östergötlands County, when the deceased person last
was registered in Östergötland, Jönköping, or Kalmar county,
3. The County Administrative Board Skåne County, when the deceased was last
registered in Skåne, Kronoberg, or Blekinge County,
4. The County Administrative Board of Västra Götaland, where the deceased
was last registered in Västra Götaland, Halland County, Sweden, with or
5. The County Administrative Board of Dalarna County, when the deceased was last
registered in Dalarna, Värmland, Örebro, or Gävleborgs
County,
6. The County Administrative Board of Västernorrland County, when the deceased person last
was registered in jämtland and Västernorrland, or
7. the County Administrative Board of norrbotten, when the deceased was last
registered in Norrbotten or Västerbotten County.

another tenant is engaged in or

cemetery Regulation (1990:1147) be reviewed by the
1. The County Administrative Board of Stockholm, when it is intended that the ashes
should be sprinkled out in Stockholm, Uppsala, Södermanland, Gotland
or County,
2. The County Administrative Board in Östergötlands County, when the intention is to
the ashes will be scattered out in Östergötland, Jönköping, or Kalmar
County,
3. The County Administrative Board Skåne County, when it is intended that the ashes should
sprinkled out in Skåne, Kronoberg, or Blekinge County,
4. The County Administrative Board of Västra Götaland, where it is envisaged to
the ashes will be scattered out in Västra Götaland, Halland County, Sweden, with or
5. The County Administrative Board of Dalarna County, when it is intended that the ashes should
sprinkled out in Dalarna, Värmland, Örebro, or Gävleborgs län,
6. The County Administrative Board of Västernorrland County, when the intention is to
the ashes will be scattered out of Västernorrland or Jämtlands län, and

§ 9 Questions about sharing of ash under section 31
cemetery Regulation (1990:1147) be reviewed by the
1. The County Administrative Board of Stockholm, when the cremation took place in
Stockholm, Uppsala, Södermanland, Gotlands or
Västmanland County,
2. The County Administrative Board in Östergötlands län, when cremation has taken place in
Östergötland, Jönköping, or Kalmar county,
3. The County Administrative Board Skåne County, when cremation has taken place,
Kronoberg, or Blekinge County,
4. The County Administrative Board of Västra Götaland, where the cremation took place in
Västra Götaland, Halland County, Sweden, with or
5. The County Administrative Board of Dalarna County, when the cremation took place in
Dalarna, Värmland, Örebro, or Gävleborgs län,
6. The County Administrative Board of Västernorrland, when cremation has taken place in
Västernorrland or Jämtlands län, and
7. the County Administrative Board of norrbotten, where the cremation took place in
Norrbottens or Västerbotten County.
10 § appeals under section 59 funeral regulation
(1990:1147) be reviewed by the
1. The County Administrative Board of Stockholm, when the death occurred in
Stockholm, Uppsala, Södermanland, Gotlands or
Västmanland County,
2. The County Administrative Board in Östergötlands County, when the death occurred
in Östergötland, Jönköping, or Kalmar county,
3. The County Administrative Board Skåne County, when the death occurred in
Skåne, Kronoberg, or Blekinge County,
4. The County Administrative Board of Västra Götaland, when death
occurred in Västra Götaland, Halland County, Sweden, with or
5. The County Administrative Board of Dalarna County, when the death occurred in
Dalarna, Värmland, Örebro, or Gävleborgs län,
6. The County Administrative Board of Västernorrland, when death
occurred in Västernorrland or Jämtlands län, and
