Introductory provision



Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on local courses and grades which supplement or derogate from the provisions of the Education Act (2010:800) and Regulation (2011:1108) on adult education when it comes to special education for adults at the secondary level and the corresponding training for inmates in correctional and equivalent rating under 5 and 6 chap.. the regulation on adult education.



Special education for adults at the secondary level



2 § Within special education for adults at the secondary level, the principal may decide to establish local courses.



A local course will give knowledge of one or more substances within a certain area of knowledge and respond to those needs that are not met by a nationally established syllabus.

The principal decides on the number of hours of teaching at a local course. This number shall not be less than 45 minutes.



The first and second paragraphs are in addition to that provided for in the Regulation (2011:1108) on adult learning.



section 3 of That score in special education for adults at the secondary level should any of the designations Approved (G) and well accepted (VG) be used. For the student who does not achieve a grade of Approved issued a certificate stating that the student has participated in the course.



The first paragraph in lieu of that provided for in chapter 21. section 19 of the Education Act (2010:800) and Chapter 4. Article 9 of the Regulation (2011:1108) on adult learning.



section 4 of Chapter 21. section 20 of the Education Act (2010:800) lays down rules on the grading criteria. When it comes to special education for adults at the secondary level, the examination criteria specify the knowledge according to the curriculum required to grade Approved and Well accepted. In scoring, the teacher use these grading criteria.



The principal decides on the grading criteria for local courses.



Statens skolverk may provide for grading criteria for other courses than local courses.



First to third paragraphs in lieu of that provided for in chapter 21. section 19 of the Education Act (2010:800) and Chapter 4. Article 9 of the Regulation (2011:1108) on adult learning.



Training for inmates in correctional



§ 5 in the case of education that corresponds to specific training for adults at the secondary level for inmates in correctional institution, the provisions of Chapter 3. 14, 15 and 17 to 21 sections and 21 Cape. 18 and 20 to 24 of the Education Act (2010:800) as well as in Chapter 4. 6, 7 and 11, 12, 22, 25 and 26 of the Regulation (2011:1108) on adult education is applied. In addition, section 3 and paragraph 4(1) this regulation applied for such training.



Statens skolverk may provide for grading.



The first and second paragraphs applies instead of the prescribed in Chapter 5. the first sentence of section 15 of the regulation on adult education.



Education rating right



section 6 regarding education that corresponds to specific training for adults at secondary level according to Chapter 6.

Regulation (2011:1108) on adult education, the provisions of Chapter 3. 14, 15 and 17 to 21 sections and 21 Cape. 18 and 20 to 24 of the Education Act (2010:800) as well as in Chapter 4. 11, 12, 22, 25 and 26 of regulation on adult education are applied, with the exception of the provisions on secondary work, some courses, diplomas, introductory courses and individual classes. In addition, section 3 and paragraph 4(1) this regulation applied for such training.



Statens skolverk may provide for grading.



The first and second paragraphs applies instead of the prescribed in Chapter 6. the first sentence of section 16 of the regulation on adult education.



Transitional provisions



2012:488



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2012 and is valid until June 2013.



2. this Regulation shall apply to courses and courses that commence after the end of June 2012, at the latest by the end of June 2013.
