The scope of the



(1) assistance under this Regulation may be given, subject

availability of funds, to the company for the cost of anesthesia

and pain relief of pigs by castration or

vaccination against boar taint.



General conditions of support



2 §/expires U: 2016-02-01/

Assistance under this regulation is submitted in support of the

less importance pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) no

1535/2007 of 20 december 2007 on the application of

Articles 87 and 88 of the EC Treaty to de minimis aid

importance of the sector for the production of

agricultural products.



Of the Regulation (2008:437) on State aid

importance in the sector for the production of agricultural products

and the fisheries sector provides for State support of

less importance in the sector for the production of

agricultural products.

Aid under this Regulation provided that a de minimis aid under Commission Regulation (EU) No 1408/2013 of 18 december 2013 on the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union on de minimis aid in the agriculture sector. Regulation (2015:1013).



paragraph 3 of the aid under this Regulation may not be submitted to the

firms in difficulty within the meaning of Community

guidelines on State aid for rescuing and

restructuring firms in difficulty.



section 4 Support may be provided with a maximum of 100 per cent of approved

costs of the action.



The fate of the aid



paragraph 5 of the Questions examined by the State agricultural aid works.



paragraph 6 of The decision on the aid to be compatible with the conditions

necessary to meet the purpose of the aid, or as

needed for the supervision and monitoring of how the aid is used.



The conditions shall be set out in the decision.

Agriculture Department shall keep the records referred to in article 6(4) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1408/2013.

The Agriculture Department will provide the information to the company as is clear from article 6(1) of that regulation.

Refunds and chargebacks



section 7 a beneficiary is obliged to refund if



1. the receiver by providing incorrect information or

any other way has caused that the aid has been granted

improperly or with excessive amounts,



2. the aid for any other reason has been supplied incorrectly, or

with the high amount and the recipient should have known this,

or



3. conditions of the aid have not been respected.



section 8 if a beneficiary is obliged to refund under 7

§, the Agriculture Department may decide to fully or partially require

back support. If there are special reasons for it,

The Agriculture Department may waive recovery in whole or in part.



§ 9 a recovery decision according to § 8 shall be taken within 10 years

from the time the aid was paid out.



On the amount recovered shall accrue interest under

interest Act (1975:635).



If there are special reasons for it, the Agriculture Department

decide to reduce the interest the claim in whole or in part.



Appeal



paragraph 10 of the Decision pursuant to this Regulation may not be appealed.



Appropriations



section 11 of the Agriculture Department may announce further provisions

If the conditions for the aid. The Agriculture Department must notify the

regulations on the enforcement of this regulation.
