Introductory provision



paragraph 1 of this regulation are given supplementary regulations to the

Act (2012:595) regarding the importation and trafficking of guns and

needles. The words and terms used in the regulation

has the same meaning as in the Act.



Notification

Transitional provisions



2012:596



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 november 2012, when

the proclamation (1968:71 ') concerning the application of the regulation

on March 8, 1968 (# 70) with certain provisions of

syringes and needles should be repealed.
