section 1 the Government determines pursuant to § 42 Act (1994:1563) on tobacco tax to the tax on tobacco to the tobacco products referred to in 2, 8 and 35 sections shall be charged with the following amounts for calendar year 2013:



1. tax on cigarettes charged with SEK 1 and 41 cents per piece, 2. tax on cigars and cigarillos charged with SEK 1 and 25 cents per piece, 3. tax on tobacco is levied with 1 735 dollars per kilogram, 4. taxes on snuff is taken out with 386 dollars per kilogram, 5. tax on chewing tobacco is taken out of 449 dollars per kilogram.
