Introductory provision

other than as set out in paragraph 10 the law

How legal deposit must be submitted



section 7 of the Royal. the library may provide for and in

a case by case basis, decide that the obligation for authorities to

leave copies may be fulfilled otherwise than as mentioned in

section 10 of the Act of the first paragraph (2012:492) If copies of the

electronic materials.



Kungl. the library may provide details relating to how

authorities ' obligation to provide legal deposit of electronic

material to be performed and which information to accompany the

authorities ' legal deposit.



8 § Kungl. the library shall, after consulting the national archives,

provide that information other than that which

the provisions of section 11 of the Act (2012:492) if the legal deposit of electronic

materials to accompany the legal deposit as State agencies

under the Government should leave.
