1 § Government fee Board, article 1 of Act (1991:359) if

fees paid to Cabinet Ministers, etc., determine the amount

monthly to be paid to Cabinet Ministers and decide on

severance pay to Ministers.



The Board is an authority under the Riksdag.



Management



section 2 of the Authority is headed by a Board.



Composition



According to paragraph 3 of Chapter 13. section 14 of the Riksdag Act, the Board consists of

a Chairman and two other members. Law (2014:808).



Management's responsibilities



4 § Board responsible for its activities, subject to the

provisions of the law.



The Board shall ensure that the activities are carried out efficiently and

under current law, that the results are reported on a

reliable and fair manner and that the Board do

well with State funds.



Rules of procedure



§ 5 the Board shall adopt rules of procedure and in the Info

1. the Board's organization,



2. the Division of labour,



3. delegation of power of decision,



4. handling of matters and



5. the arrangements for the rest of the business.



Delegation



section 6 of the Board may in its rules of procedure or by specific decision

hand over the right to make decisions or take action

paragraph.



Delegation to the Chairman, the Secretary or any of the

authority that carries out the kansligöromål for the Board may refer to:



1. to take action and make decisions to prepare a

case and



2. to decide other cases than those referred to in paragraphs 1 and 5, of

the cases are of the kind that they need not be considered by the

Board.



Delegation to the Board determines in

Member of the management or of any other authority that carries out the

kansligöromål of the Board may be made when it comes to receiving

and sign official documents as well as hear questions about

disclosure of public documents or issues that arise

in response to appeals from the decision of the Board in such

issues.



Caseload management



section 7 of the Board meets when convened by the Chairman.



The Board is a quorum if all members are present.



§ 8 the Board may engage the services of experts or other special assistance

necessary for the Board to fulfil its tasks.



§ 9 the Board may, in its rules of procedure provide that cases may

be determined through contacts between the Chairman and the other

members.



section 10 For every written decision in a case, there should be a

document showing



1. the date of the decision,



2. the content of the decision,



3. who has made the decision,



4. who has been the rapporteur and



5. who has been involved in the final processing without

to participate in the decision.



section 11 if the Board takes a decision which means that the funds on a

appropriations, the Board shall forthwith inform the

authority designated the grant decision.



Annual activity report



section 12 of the Board shall, by 22 February each year to Parliament

give an account of their activities in the past

the calendar year.



Organization



paragraph 13 of the Board has a Secretary who is appointed by the Board.



Remuneration issues



section 14 of the regulations on fees payable to the Chairman and other

members of the Board Act (1989:185) If fees etc.

The Board decides on the fees payable to the Secretary and others who

serving with the Board.

serving with the Board makes in its mission to

subsistence allowance in accordance with the provisions applicable to workers

at the Parliamentary Administration.



Appeal



paragraph 16 of the decision of the Board under section, under section 1 of the Act (1991:359)

Transitional provisions



2012:881



1. This law shall enter into force on January 1, 2013, when the Act

(1993:1427) with instruction for Government remuneration Committee shall

cease to apply.



2. The provision in section 12 shall apply for the first time in the case of

the fiscal year 2013.
