1 § Government fee Board, article 1 of Act (1991:359) if

fees paid to Cabinet Ministers, etc., determine the amount

monthly to be paid to Cabinet Ministers and decide on

severance pay to Ministers.



The Board is an authority under the Riksdag.



Management



section 2 of the Authority is headed by a Board.



Composition



According to paragraph 3 of Chapter 13. section 14 of the Riksdag Act, the Board consists of

a Chairman and two other members. Law (2014:808).



Management's responsibilities



4 § Board responsible for its activities, subject to the

provisions of the law.



The Board shall ensure that the activities are carried out efficiently and

under current law, that the results are reported on a

reliable and fair manner and that the Board do

well with State funds.



Rules of procedure



§ 5 the Board shall adopt rules of procedure and in the Info

Delegation

Board.



Delegation to the Board determines in

Caseload management

document showing



1. the date of the decision,



2. the content of the decision,



3. who has made the decision,



4. who has been the rapporteur and



5. who has been involved in the final processing without

Annual activity report



section 12 of the Board shall, by 22 February each year to Parliament

give an account of their activities in the past

Organization

Appeal

Transitional provisions



2012:881



1. This law shall enter into force on January 1, 2013, when the Act

(1993:1427) with instruction for Government remuneration Committee shall

cease to apply.



2. The provision in section 12 shall apply for the first time in the case of

the fiscal year 2013.
