section 1 of the Board for the salary of the parliamentary ombudsmen and

riksrevisorerna determining the amount monthly to

paid in wages to the parliamentary ombudsmen and riksrevisorerna.

The Board should also decide whether severance pay and other

employment benefits for the parliamentary ombudsmen and

riksrevisorerna.



The Board is an authority under the Riksdag.



Management



section 2 of the Authority is headed by a Board.



Composition



According to paragraph 3 of Chapter 13. section 16 of the Riksdag Act, the Board consists of

a Chairman and two other members. Law (2014:809).



Management's responsibilities



4 § Board responsible for its activities, subject to the

provisions of the law.



The Board shall ensure that the activities are carried out efficiently and

under current law, that the results are reported on a

reliable and fair manner and that the Board do

well with State funds.



Rules of procedure



§ 5 the Board shall adopt rules of procedure and in the Info

Delegation

Board.

Caseload management

Annual activity report



section 12 of the Board shall, by 22 February each year to

the Parliament give an account of their activities during the

last calendar year.



Organization

Appeal

Transitional provisions



2012:882



1. This law shall enter into force on January 1, 2013, when the Act

(2002:1024) if the salary of the parliamentary ombudsmen and

riksrevisorerna shall be repealed.



2. The provision in section 12 shall apply for the first time in the case of

the fiscal year 2013.
