section 1 of this regulation provides for the formulation of

voluntary certification schemes for installers of



1. small boilers and furnaces fueled with biomass,



2. solar photovoltaic or solar thermal system, or



3. system for near-surface geothermal energy or heat pumps.

section 2 A certification under this Regulation shall be made by

someone who is accredited for indication under

European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) no 765/2008 of the

9 July 2008 setting out the requirements for accreditation and

market surveillance relating to the marketing of products and

repeal of Regulation (EEC) No 339/93, in the original

technical control. Accreditation shall cover all the systems

section 5 a person with certification or equivalent

qualification issued in another country of the European

Union or of the European economic area shall, on

the request will be included in the list referred to in paragraph 4, if

certification or equivalent qualification has

made in a system that has been developed in accordance with

European Parliament and Council directive 2009/28/EC of 23

April 2009 on the promotion of the use of energy from

renewable energy sources, in the original wording.
