Conditions for State aid



1 § State aid must be submitted to the principals of secondary schools

and high school programs for efforts to further develop

the quality of the arbetsplatsförlagda learning that takes place within the

framework of the skolförlagda vocational training in secondary school

and high school programs.



Government subsidies provided to the extent that the availability of funds and

for one calendar year at a time.



Applications and decisions on State aid



section 2 application for Government grants made to the State's school.

The National Agency for education to decide on and pay the premium.



In a decision to grant a contribution will be the last day for

report pursuant to paragraph 5 of the set. The decision may be subject to

terms and conditions. The conditions shall be set out in the decision.



Distribution of Government grants



section 3 of the State's school, in its allocation of State aid to

account of



1. the extent to which efforts to further develop the quality

in the arbetsplatsförlagda learning can contribute to increased

quality in this learning, and



2. the need for a geographical spread of operations.



Monitoring and reporting



section 4 of the State's school will monitor how the State's contribution has

been used.



Skolverket, in connection with its annual report to the

Government offices provide an accounting of how the contribution has

been used.



§ 5 the recipient of State aid is required to make such

financial and other reporting to the State school which

the work request.



Refunds and chargebacks



section 6 of the Recipient of State aid under this regulation are

the repayment obligation, if



1. the receiver by providing incorrect information or

any other way has caused that the contribution has been provided

improperly or with excessive amounts,



2. the grant of any other reasons have been given incorrectly, or

with the high amount and the recipient should have known this,



3. the refund entirely or partially unused or not

has been used for the purpose for which it has been provided for,



4. the accounts referred to in paragraph 5 has not been provided, or



5. the recipient did not comply with the terms of the decision on the contribution.



section 7 of the Government alone should decide to fully or partially require

back a State aid if one is obliged to repay

According to section 6.



If there are special reasons for it, the National Agency for education remit

repayment in whole or in part.



section 8 On State subsidies needed back, interest will be charged from

on the day that is one month after the decision on the

chargebacks have been made, and after an interest rate at each

time exceeds government lending rate with two

percentage points.



If there are special reasons for it, the State's school

waive requirements on interest in whole or in part.



Authorization



§ 9 the State school must notify the regulations needed

for the enforcement of this regulation.



Appeal



paragraph 10 of the Decision pursuant to this Regulation may not be appealed.
