Introductory provision



Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on State aid

for municipalities which provides care according to 25 chapters paragraph 5 of the Education Act

(2010:800) during the time when the preschool or recreational home not

offered. The purpose of the State's contribution is to stimulate municipalities

to increasingly offer such care.



Conditions for State aid



2 § State aid under this Regulation may, subject to availability

on average, be provided for the costs of such care provided in section 1 of

and offered to an extent of at least 30 hours per child and

month.



State aid is provided for the second calendar half of 2013 and for a

calendar year at a time, in the years 2014-2016.



Decision and payment

Chargebacks



5 § the recipient of a State subsidy is required to repay, if



1. the receiver by providing incorrect information or

any other way has caused that the contribution has been provided

improperly or with excessive amounts,



2. the grant of any other reasons have been given incorrectly or

with too high amount and the recipient should have known this,



3. the information referred to in paragraph 4 does not have

submitted, or



4. the refund has not been used for the purpose for which it has been provided

for.



Statens skolverk shall act to require

back a contribution if someone is required to repay pursuant to the

The National Agency for education may wholly or partially waive recovery, if it

Authorization

Appeal a ban
