Introductory provision
Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on State aid
for professional training for teachers of vocational subjects.
The purpose of the grant is to provide vocational education teachers in
high school, high school programs, the municipal
adult education and special education for adults
the ability to make yrkeslärarexamen.
Government subsidies provided to the extent that the availability of funds.
Conditions for State aid
section 2 of the State grants may be submitted to the principals of secondary schools,
high school programs, the municipal adult education and the
special education for adults. Premium may be granted for
head men's costs for the reduction of working time with
at least 25 percent of teachers in vocational subjects in these school forms
During that time, and with the amount referred to in paragraph 3, if
1. the teacher is employed by the principal or by any other
that under agreement with the principal performing tasks in any
of the mentioned school forms,
2. the purpose of the reduction in working hours is to facilitate
the teacher to combine work with study so he or
She can take yrkeslärarexamen within two years, and
3. the teacher's work for the principal is organised in such a
way that it is considered possible that according to Chapter 6. 7 §
the higher education Ordinance (1993:100) credited for work
such placement required
yrkeslärarexamen.
Teacher's work for the principal need not be organized
as stated in the first paragraph 3, if the teacher
have previously engaged in teaching that can be counted as
such placement required
yrkeslärarexamen.

State premium may be granted for a maximum period of two years for a teacher
an amount corresponding to 12.5% of the teacher's salary for
full-time employment, even if the teacher's employment includes
less than full time. Contributions may also be made for the cost of
teacher's travels.

State premium may be granted for a maximum period of two years for a teacher with an amount equal to 25% of the teacher's salary for a full-time employment, even if the teacher's employment of less than full time. Contributions may also be made for the cost of travel of the teacher. Regulation (2015:1044).

The National Agency for education to decide on and pay the premium. The decision may
be subject to conditions, as evidenced by the decision.
Grants may be given for the costs of studies which start before
1 October 2015.

Distribution of Government grants
section 5 of the State's school, in its allocation of State aid, in
the order listed below, take into account
1. principal's needs of teachers with competence for the
teaching they conduct, and
2. the need for geographical distribution.
Monitoring and reporting
section 6 of the State's school will monitor how the State's contribution has
been used.
Skolverket, in connection with its annual report to the
Government offices provide an accounting of how the contribution has
been used.
section 7 of the recipient of State aid is required to make such
financial and other reporting to the State school which
the work request.
Refunds and chargebacks
section 8 Recipients of State aid under this regulation are
the repayment obligation, if
1. the receiver by providing incorrect information or
any other way has caused that the contribution has been provided
improperly or with excessive amounts,
2. the grant of any other reasons have been given incorrectly, or
with the high amount and the recipient should have known this,
3. the refund entirely or partially unused or not
has been used for the purpose for which it has been provided for,
4. the accounts referred to in article 7 have not been submitted;
or
5. the recipient did not comply with the terms of the decision on the
contribution.
The receiver is not obliged to refund even though the result
of the University's or College's review under Chapter 6. section 8
the higher education Ordinance (1993:100) differs from the assessment
made pursuant to article 2 of the first paragraph 3, if the recipient has
made what may reasonably be required for the work to be
credited as such teaching as
required for yrkeslärarexamen.
§ 9 the State alone shall decide to fully or partially require
back a State aid if one is obliged to repay
According to section 8.
If there are special reasons for it, the National Agency for education remit
repayment in whole or in part.
section 10 On Government subsidies required back, interest will be charged from
on the day that is one month after the decision on the
chargebacks have been made, and after an interest rate at each
time exceeds government lending rate with two
percentage points.
If there are special reasons for it, the State's school
waive requirements on interest in whole or in part.
Authorization
section 11 of the State's school must notify the regulations needed
for the enforcement of this regulation.
Appeal
paragraph 12 of Decision pursuant to this Regulation may not be appealed.
Transitional provisions
2013:60
1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 1 april 2013 and
valid until december 31, 2016.
2./expires U: 2016-01-26/
The provisions of 6 – 10 and 12 §§ shall, however, continue to
apply until 31 december 2019.
2./entry into force: 26/01/2016
The provisions of 6 – 10 and 12 §§ shall however continue to apply until 31 december 2022.

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 January 2016.
2. the provisions of paragraphs 3 and 4, in the new wording is applied for the first time on the State aid granted after the entry into force.
3. the provisions of paragraphs 3 and 4 of the older wording applies to state aid granted before its entry into force.
