Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on State aid

to school authorities that in teaching using special

skilled teachers.



The purpose of Government grant is to encourage school authorities to

establish career step for particularly skilled teachers.



section 2 of the State subsidies, after the application is submitted to it under

-elementary school,



-Basic special,



-special school,



-same school,



-upper secondary education,



-secondary special,



-municipal adult education,



-special education for adults, and



-education in Swedish for immigrants.



First teachers

1. is a licensed teacher pursuant to Chapter 2. section 16 of the Education Act

(2010:800), according to regulations issued pursuant

Chapter 2. 16 (b) of the Education Act or pursuant to Chapter 27. 4 §

Conditions for State aid



section 6 Of the Government subsidies to be provided for a teacher to have his

students

Payment of government subsidies

State grants are paid out of the State school after

requisition twice per premium years. The requisition shall have

submitted to the National Agency for education by 1 november and

on 15 May.



When the requisition to the principal



– specify which teachers they have requested the State subsidy for, and



– attest to the condition set out in section 6 are met.



When the principal claim government subsidies for the first time for a

teachers, the principal shall also certify that the conditions in 7 or

section 8 are met. Regulation (2013:729).

Refunds and chargebacks

1. the principal has used the State's contribution other than as

the provisions of this regulation,



2. the principal by providing inaccurate or incomplete

information or otherwise caused to

State subsidies have been provided improperly or with excessive amounts,



3. State grant for any other reason has been submitted incorrectly

or with excessive amounts and the principal should have realized

If the principal is the repayment obligation referred to in the first subparagraph

Authorization

for the enforcement of this regulation.



Appeal



section 29 of the State's skolverks decision under this regulation,

not subject to appeal.



Transitional provisions



2013:70



1. this Regulation shall enter into force on March 20, 2013.



2. The first grant year shall cover the period 1 July

2013-december 31, 2013. For this period, instead of the

amount specified in 12, 17, 18, 21 and 23 of the 42 500 SEK

and instead of the amounts referred to in paragraph 13 of 85 000

Crowns may apply. Under this premium years shall the payment of

Government grants under section 24 to be done once.



3. for the purposes of section 3, 1 and 4 of the first paragraph 1 of

grant year 2013, the requirement that a teacher is licensed also

be satisfied by the teachers who meet the conditions for

be employed as teachers without a time limit as referred to in Chapter 2. 20 §

first subparagraph, the Education Act (2010:800) in its version prior to the

1 July 2011.



2013:729



1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 15 november 2013.



2. the provisions of paragraphs 14 and 18 in its new wording

apply from 1 January 2014. For time

prior to that, these provisions of their older

version.



3. From 1 January 2014 – June 30, 2014, will be a

(b)) the same amount as determined by the State school

18 and 19 sections of the grant year July 1, 2013 to 31 december 2013

4. For principals who have at least 75 students and for which

before the grant year July 1, 2013 to 31 december 2013 is either not

has been established, any refund or have established a

grant framework, the National Agency for education on application, fix a

premium amount for the grant year 1 January – 30 June 2014, with

2014:122



This Regulation shall enter into force on april 15, 2014 and

apply for the first time in the case of State aid relating to the

grant year 2014/15.



2015:734



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 december, 2015.
