Introductory provision

organized in accordance with what is stated by 3 and 4 sections.

Organization



section 3 of the Centre's operations are managed by a Board of Directors. During

the Board of Directors for a fixed period, not exceeding six years.

paragraph 4 of the Board of Directors shall consist of a Chairman and eight other

members. Among the other members shall include a

University of Uppsala, a for Stockholm

University, Karolinska institutet, one of the Royal.

Technical high school, three for other universities and colleges

or individual training providers and one for business.

The Chairman and the representative of the business sector should be appointed by the

the Government. The other members shall be appointed by the Board of

Kungl. Technical high school after consultation with Uppsala

University, Stockholm University and the Karolinska

Institute.



The members shall be appointed for a maximum period of three years. A member of the Board

may not be appointed for more than two terms in succession.



Duties of the Board



§ 5 the Board shall



1. determine questions about the direction of the Centre's activities,



2. decide on the allocation of the resources made

the disposal of the Centre's activities,



3. promote fund raising,



4. analyze the Centre's performance and efficiency, and



5. develop draft budget information and annual report

to the Board of Directors for the Royal. Technical high school.



section 6 of the Board of Directors is quorate when at least half the Chairman and

the other members are present.
