section 1 of the Inspectorate for health and long-term care has as main
data to
1. responsible for supervision of health care and thereby
comparable activities, social services and activities under
Act (1993:387) concerning support and service for certain
people with disabilities,
2. as part of the supervision rule on complaints against health and
the health care system and its personnel in accordance with the provisions of
Patient Safety Act (2010:659), and
3. responsible for authorisation within the areas referred to in
1.
Activities shall be conducted strategically and efficiently, as well as on
a uniform manner within the country. Regulation (2014:1049).
2 § the purpose of supervision is to examine the population gets
health and social care that is safe, have good quality and is conducted in
compliance with laws and regulations.
Supervision shall be planned and implemented on the basis of their own
risk analyses unless otherwise provided by law, regulation or
Special decision from the Government. Oversight should also include
control of how businesses fulfill their obligation to
conduct its own inspection.
The results of supervision should be reported to the audited
activities and to the county or the municipality that

3 § the museums shall, no later than 1 March of each year, submit a

of the work of supervision, complaints under the patient safety act
(2010:659) and regulatory review during the past
fiscal year.

Collaboration
4 § the museums shall cooperate with the other relevant authorities with a view to achieving an effective exchange of knowledge and experience in working with the supervision, control, knowledge and legislation.

The Agency announces its rules in Common statutes relating to health care, social services, medicine, public health, etc. in accordance with Annex 1 to the Constitutional Assembly Ordinance (1976:725).

Management
