§ 1 The Authority shall, as soon as possible to the Inspectorate for health and
care, send a copy of a decision to dismiss a
licensed professionals on
1. the employee in their professional activities regulated by the
the inspection and is covered by the provisions of the Act
(1994:260) on public employment, and
2. the reason for the dismissal is a felony or a misdemeanor in the
professional practice.
