The Government states that the following regulations shall be repealed at the end of may 2013:



1. Higher Education's regulations (HSVFS 1996:8) about which courses that may be considered to have acceptable standard at tertiary level outside the Nordic countries,



2. Higher Education's regulations (HSVFS 1999:1) if deferment of studies of texts and studies,



3. Higher Education's regulations (HSVFS 2003:3) on contract education at universities and colleges,



4. Higher Education's regulations (HSVFS 2007:8) if site permissions,



5. Higher Education's regulations (HSVFS 2009:1) if basic eligibility and selection,



6. Higher Education's regulations and general advice (HSVFS 2009:2) translation into English of Swedish degrees,



7. Higher Education's regulations and general advice (HSVFS 2009:3) about the translation into English of Swedish degrees at the Swedish University of agricultural sciences,



8. Higher Education's regulations (HSVFS 2009:4) about the English translation of Swedish degrees at national defence College,



9. Higher Education's regulations (HSVFS 2009:5) about the Diploma Supplement,



10. Higher Education's regulations (HSVFS 2011:5) if qualified and relevant professional skills for special access to training that leads to yrkeslärarexamen, and 11. Higher education's regulations (HSVFS 2012:10) of annex to the diploma of yrkeslärarexamen.
