Article 1 this regulation lays down rules on the fees

foreign nationals residing in Sweden without the support of

administrative or regulatory provisions themselves should pay for health care

and medicines according to 6, 7, 9 and 10 of the Act (2013:407) about

health and medical services to certain foreign nationals residing in the

Sweden without necessary permits. The regulation does

not foreigners whose stay in Sweden is intended to be

temporary.



For other health care, dental care and other medicines

beneficiaries should pay fees according to the grounds

the health care provider determines.

health care fee of 50 SEK for medical visits within the County Council

referral by such physicians.



4 § Aliens covered by this Regulation shall pay

health care fee of 25 SEK for other medical care than

medical treatment, if it is given by a health care provider after referral by a

doctors in the County Council's health and medical care, or by medical doctors

receiving compensation under the Act (1993:1651) if

läkarvårds compensation or according to health care agreement. In addition, the

shall pay the fee for sick travel, with a maximum of 40 pounds.



5 § Care fee and fee for sick travel according to paragraphs 3 and 4 shall

payable only to the extent the corresponding fee shall

paid for by other service users.



section 6 of the aliens who are covered by this Regulation shall not

paying care fees for



1. Prevention of infant and maternal care given by a health care provider

in the public primary health care, and



2. obstetric care.



section 7 Of commonly prescribed medicines covered by the Act (2002:160) on drug benefits, etc., to aliens who are covered by this regulation to pay the fee with a maximum of SEK 50 per drug.



Commonly prescribed drugs referred to in the first subparagraph shall be free of foreigners covered by this regulation and at the time of purchase do not have at least 18 years of age.

section 8 Foreigners covered by this regulation which is

over 18 years of age must pay the fee of 50 SEK for the treatment of

a dentist who is covered by the State Dental assistance.



Dental care at a dentist are covered by the State

Dental assistance is free of charge for children under the age of 18

year.



section 9 of the National Board of health shall notify the

medical examination of aliens covered by this

Regulation.
