Supervision



section 1 of the Swedish Data Inspection Board has the central responsibility for supervision

under camera surveillance Act (2013:460). This includes



1. evaluate the application of the law,



2. evaluate, monitor and coordinate the operational supervision,



3. provide advice and assistance to the provincial governments, and



4. provide information and advice to the public and to those who

provides and uses surveillance equipment.



section 2 of the Swedish Data Inspection Board supervises camera surveillance of

places to which the public does not have access.



Appeal



section 3 of the Swedish Data Inspection Board may appeal against a decision

video surveillance of a location to which the public has access

to take to be in the general interest.



Fees



4 § fees under camera surveillance Act (2013:460) withdrawn

by the County Board of registration and examination of cases concerning

camera surveillance in cases arising under sections 5 and 6.



§ 5 the fee for notification of camera surveillance is 700

SEK.

applied:

section 7 Of the application fee applies in General 11-14 § §

fee Regulation (1992:191). What is said there about fees

the application shall include fees for the notification.



section 8, each monitoring area as an application or a notification

concerns should be treated like a paid ticket. With a

monitoring area referred to a local, a building, a property

or any other enclosed area.



If an application relating to video surveillance with surveillance cameras

which are mounted on or in a vehicle, ship or aircraft,

should the vehicle, ship or aircraft applied for

treated like a paid ticket.
